Go to your local jeweller and get them to size your fingers. Note these down for any time you need your ring size.
This is the best and most accurate way to get your ring sizes.
A Good Way
Purchase a ring-sizer online. These wrap around your finger and have markings on them to show what size your finger is.
Do it Yourself
Using a ring that already fits you, measure the inner diameter of the ring in millimetres with a ruler. Use a ring size conversion chart to deduce the size from the diameter.
